Pierre Chatel has been working on a neat little haxie for OS X called Slider.
Slider is an haxie that adds a sliding + fading effect when opening or closing any window of a cocoa application. It adds a nice touch to the «É?feel«É? of MacOS X and it«ÉŸs totally unobtrusive !
it basically looks like Quicksilver windows, except for cocoa apps. 
really great stuff!
