an interesting site. well i thought it would be. it uses Technorati somehow to put a value on your site.
Inspired by Tristan Louis’s research into the value of each link to Weblogs Inc, I’ve created this little applet using Technorati’s API which computes and displays your blog’s worth using the same link to dollar ratio as the AOL-Weblogs Inc deal.
only problem is that you have to use Technorati tags on your site. and i don’t. so…

but i wouldn’t put too much faith in their valuation. in fact, take a whole 500 grams (minimum) of salt with that. i’d say that this site is worth at least… five times that much!!

well i’d be careful with that valuation. clearly Technorati’s API is deficient if it can’t plainly see the inherent value of my own blog (and now Post Pixel is getting even better with the new gallery coming along…)
