Terapixel

PostPixel loves some good pixel news. So it’s great to announce the Terapixel!! Some clever folks have blasted away the 4GB TIFF file format size limit, creating thier own version called BigTIFF, needed for the 143GB that makes up a terapixel image.

More details on Apple’s new Fifth Avenue retail store…

The store is now officially open, time lapse video is available of the first 24 hours of the stores opening. Someone even used the time lapse video to propose. (Hope she’s an Apple fan. )

Comments were also made on the choice to run with Intel chips rather than AMD, and… the iPhone…

Photography & Visual Art of Christopher Gilbert

There’s some great work here by Christopher Gilbert. Who is that you ask? Well I didn’t recognize the name either, even though I have seen a few of these images before.

Christopher Gilbert - Photography

I tried to find Christopher’s portfolio site and came accross olivemoon.design, which appears to be his site, although I can’t find any of the images from the other pages on there.
